The hotel is close to United Center which was why we booked it this time for Olivia Rodrigo’s concert. It was nice and clean and surrounded by quite a few fast-food chain restaurants. My daughter and I had a pleasant stay and will come back for another concert in a few months.

The location to the United center was the biggest draw. Can't beat a 15 min. walk down the street. We loved the breakfast that was served both days. The room was immaculate and quite comfortable. The staff was informative and knowledgeable as to how to get around the city to experience all the attractions.

I took my granddaughter to a concert at the United Center. This is the perfect place to stay! I used to travel weekly for work, and this is one of the nicer properties I've stayed at. It's a 15-minute walk to the United Center, and there are lots of food options within a block or two of the hotel. The staff is super-friendly. Six stars!

I loved everything about the stay. Breakfast always warm with a different variety every day that was always good. Staff is friendly. My only advice is to pay for the parking versus parking on the street. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

My stay was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. Room was great. Staff was very nice. We asked for extra towels and they were quick to bring them. Front desk also had emergency benadryl for an unexpected allergic reaction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed one night for an event as the hotel was within walking distance. Lots of restaurants literally across the parking lot. The free breakfast had a lot of options including gluten free bread which was great for me! The room had a fridge and microwave. It is in a hospital district so lots of helicopter and ambulance noises throughout night.
