"Stayed 3 nights visiting my son. Good location, large apt., nicely decorated. I wish the tub/shower had a grab bar. The jacuzzi tub has a high profile and is difficult for older adults to step in and out. It was quiet inside--even the nearby train was hard to hear. I did trip several times on the drain cover right outside the entry door. Be careful!"

"I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it...

"The apartment is in a great location. Unfortunately, the first unit smelled like a sewer. Thankfully, the hosts were immediately responsive and offered us a unit one floor up that did not have this odor. The second unit was beautiful with high ceilings but was very drafty and we were staying there during a very chilly Chicago winter day "

Heating vent was extremely filthy, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple years. Kitchen pendant, lighting, was extremely dirty hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and only one light worked. Dirty dishes in the cupboard, and limited supply of kitchen, utensils, and dishes. Limited supplies of towels and washcloths. Could not use the closet in either bedroom,...
