"This house was in a really convenient location - relatively close to the airport and within walking distance of downtown Bucktown. The home was very clean, the beds were really comfortable (not always the case in vacation rentals!), the communication was thorough and quick. It was perfect for me and my 3 friends!"

"I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it...

"We rented this apartment for a concert at Wrigley Field during the hottest week of the year (June 26, 2025, iykyk). We loved it and would rent again! The air conditioning worked FANTASTIC, which was needed. There were tons of restaurants in the area. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and about 30 steps from the Brown Line train. $5 to ride trains all day, made exploring Chicago easy. "The apartment is in a great location. Unfortunately, the first unit smelled like a sewer. Thankfully, the hosts were immediately responsive and offered us a unit one floor up that did not have this odor. The second unit was beautiful with high ceilings but was very drafty and we were staying there during a very chilly Chicago winter day "
