「When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. 「The room is small but clean. The bed were unconfutable when you toss your body, other person will be disturbed because of the noise and movement. Also don't expect too much for breakfast. It was just bagel, cereals, muffins and English muffins.」

「I thought I had booked a room with a kitchen when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived, I found that the room did not have a kitchen. I asked the lady at the front desk and she immediately responded. She was very kind and I was able to spend 3 wonderful days there. I highly recommend this facility!」
