「The room smelled like people smoke in it (tons of cigarette butts on the patio just outside the sliding door). I put the AC on and it helped with smell. We stayed here for access to the pool and to visit the Aquarium the next day. For the $ this place's pool is better than the Hilton up the hill (and like 3Xs cheaper). I would stay again, at a good price (shoulder season), if it was for 1 night so the kids could swim but would change rooms if we got a smokey one.」

「This was our second time staying here. It is a lovely apartment. Great seating, great amenities. The bathroom is roomy and well-appointed. The location is perfect for all of the restaurants and stores in the area.」

「Probably the best location in Mystic. Charming hotel with a coastal Americana vibe. Very walkable to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Appreciated the on site parking and the cookies in the lobby. The stairwell and hallways of the main hotel had a strong “chemical/petroleum smell”. Not sure where it was coming from but that was off putting. Strong enough that the smell would seep into the room. Also, the front desk crew seemed a bit disengaged — minimal eye contact, seemed to be...

「I would only say that the kitchen needed a frying pan. I was going to use it to cook eggs for breakfast but couldn’t find one.」

「We had a wonderful time at this cottage! It was extremely clean and very welcoming! It had everything we needed for an impromptu night away! The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「The best part was the one morning the breakfast staff attendant was superb he kept things cleaned and stocked. Next day not even creamer available for coffee Did not have hot water for shower or sink. Needed to wait to next day to see if could be fixed or move rooms which is an inconvenience with grandkid. Renovations ongoing is fine but the parking lot and deliveries are in the way of guests. Highly disappointed in the stay.」
