"I will NEVER stay here again. I've stayed in much nicer places for less than what I paid here, paid less each night in Boston! Had an issue with my room rate as well. I was told "that's the price you agreed on a month ago with hotels.com, so we can't give the lower rate". Would've saved about $90. Staff when checked in? Did not greet me at all. She said after a few minutes... " Hello, waiting for you to step up". WOW. Rugs were dirty, there was a smell throughtout building. Beds were beyond uncomfortable. The refrigerator froze couple things I put on top shelfl had to throw out all but soda. Honestly best part of one night stay was breakfast at Mystic Diner next door. Highly recommend Mystic Diner! "

"Check was chaotic .. room was not ready for 3 PM. Check-in wasn’t ready until 4 PM other than that room was very nice and was a pleasant stay really"

"My family and I stayed for only one night. The hotel was clean, and the room felt brand-new, as the property is currently undergoing renovations. The pool area needs better ventilation; it feels very enclosed and has a strong smell of chlorine. The snack area is quite small and offers very few options. The breakfast was the worst part—absolutely horrible—with very limited choices and a cramped layout. But worst of all was the staff. They offered no welcome, didn't smile, weren't friendly, provided no guidance to guests, and didn't appear available or willing to provide customer service. One suggestion: they should wear uniforms so that staff members can be easily identified. Ultimately, after staying at various Hampton Inn hotels across different states, this particular location is certainly not my top choice."

"Pros: Staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable. Solid breakfast and coffee in lobby. Cons: Our door was hung skew so while it closed and locked, the wider opening at the bottom made it so we heard every peep in the hallway. And I’m not sure what catastrophe they had to clean up in the bathroom prior to our stay, but the floor was stained with large splashes of what I can only hope was bleach or cleaning fluid."

"Definitely was expecting something a little less than what we got when pulling up to thd property. But when we got into the room it was really clean and the staff was great. They have free breakfast but very basic. Waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit and yogurt. Also coffee and juice."
