「The pictures online are much better than the actual property. My experience here was honestly very disappointing. The first room I was placed in had a toilet leaking water all over the bathroom floor. After reporting it, I was moved to a second room, which was even worse — there was visible mold all over the ceiling and I found a bug on the bed. I was then moved a third time, and while that room was acceptable, the overall experience had already ruined the stay for me. The property feels more...

「Nice hotel to staying in」

「My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. 」

「The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.」

「AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming.」

「Staff was absolutely amazing! Bed was a little tough, but was good for my stiff back.. Went next door to the bar/lounge (also owned by same people) and the staff was extremely friendly! Loved it!」

「Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately.
