"My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Griswold, CT. We found our room and all the premises to be exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of food. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. Especially Debbie the manager. She was able to find us a room and check us in a bit earlier than what was required. We both agree that should we visit the area again, the Griswold Comfort Inn is where we will stay and recommend to others."

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool,and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). If this was half the price I'd never bring this up but there's certainly expectations at higher price points. And the spa should try to control people's volumes & phones while inside. I know they cannot control what people do, but something posted or staff reminders of this at check in would hike go a long way. All in all, very luxurious, good staff, great amenities in both the spa and hotel. A-"
