「It was close to the casino and the price was good!」

「The room was clean except for a faded lipstick stain on the headboard of the bed. Bed was comfortable and pillows medium soft. Staff was Friendly. Water pressure in shower was perfect (weird, but true). I would stay again, as it’s half the price of Foxwoods hotels and less than 5min straight drive down the road.」

「Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid.」

「The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.」

「I really like the staff. They make us feel very welcome and they are courteous. The rooms are at a reasonable rate too」

「Convenient location, only about 8–10 minutes from Mohegan Sun. The photos make the hotel look more impressive than it is in person, but it served its purpose. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very basic, and some areas like the walls and countertops could use better cleaning and updating. Overall, the property feels a bit dated, but not terrible. The staff, however, was fantastic and provided great service throughout our stay.」

「The breaker in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and nobody could come out until 1030 in the night to come and fix it and by that point I was already going to bed. Also, the plugs were extremely loose so I wasn’t able to charge anything or plug anything in because it kept falling out. Also, the TV was kind of coming in and out, and I wasn’t able to share anything from my phone. People spend a lot of money to stay overnight at hotels and I think it is absolutely asinine that to have basic...
