"very clean,,close to many stores love the complementary coffe"

"Friendly staff"

"Very affordable place, you get what you pay for."

"We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room and bed were clean and comfortable; the price was very reasonable, and the location of the hotel was conveniently located near a few bus stops and metro stations within walking distance. We mostly walked and took the bus to various shrines and temples during our stay. For those who are looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay while you are visiting Kyoto, you might want to check this place out."

"A delightful place to stay! Friendly, helpful staff, relaxing lobby, very comfy beds, clean rooms, quiet location but close to the prettiest spots in Gion. A++++"

"Amazing Hostel, would highly recommend staying here. Everything is kept very clean and the stuff was very supportive and kind. Also the location was perfect to explore Kyoto, with several lines and buses in walking distance."

"It is convenient to get to the hotel. It locates pretty much in the center of everything. Travelers who like shopping will definitely love to stay in this hotel. Also, it is very easy to get to see things since the train station is within walking distance. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly."

"Really great location and really great staff. Very polite and clean rooms. The location is on the main so everything necessary is in walking distance. I loved this stay and would stay again."

"The room was much larger than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The train station was literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Near the train station was several stores like Daiso and fast food (McDonalds, etc). This was a very convenient location to stay at."

"Very quiet, modern and nice."

"Easy to check in and check out. "

"Great location, great stuff with good English, and nice big rooms with very huge beds (king size!). The hall where the rooms at ground floor (1F) are can smell of smoke as the smoking area is nearby; I did not enjoy that, but after running the AC in the room for a while it disappeared from the room itself."
