"The hotel was very conviently located about a 25 minute walk from the main areas of kyoto. It was also close to the train eaten station. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The included breakfast of rice porridge was simple but nourishing. The rooms are compact and the only issue was the water temperature in the shower would occasionally drop to a colder temperature."

"チェックインでスタッフが居ない夜の時間帯は「カギの開け方を前日に連絡する」と言っておいて、当日にこちらが催促するまで連絡してこなかった。 ほっとくとチェックインさえ出来ない宿泊施設は初めて。 廊下に下水の匂い。 客室のドアがメンテ不足でカギがかからず、オートロックの意味が無い状態。 ウォシュレットのリモコン設定の間違いか、隣のブースの操作でこちらのブースのウォシュレットが動く最悪のトイレ。 スリッパが切れてますと言われ、トイレの床を裸足で歩かされた。"
