"This was our first time staying at an Onsen, and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly, and I must say the Breakfast was great. The Onsen was fantastic, it is certainly different than being in a “jacuzzi” or “hot tub”. As for the sleeping, surprisingly comfortable, it is no wonder Tatami Mats have been used even to this day. If you’re a curious first timer I definitely would recommend staying here. The staff going above and beyond for guests is more than enough a reason to stay here."

"All staff were different every time. But they were all nice. Bonus is you can enjoy your trip here after hours and have your meals and your drinks inside. Be respectful and all is good. Can even smoke outside building but put butts into the Seymour lamp"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We didn’t try out the onsen as we were not comfortable with getting naked with our adult children. The location was fantastic, super close to Gora station. "
