"We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and room did not receive housekeeping once. I understand the commitment to environmental awareness, but not services means that garbage builds up in the garbage cans, which is problematic if you have food in the room. It was hard to get the room to cool off, it took three days with the fan running on cool to make it comfortable to sleep. Staff was pleasant, but noise travels in this hotel, both from the hallways and from the rooms above. "
