"Good"

"フィッシャーマンズワーフにあり、海沿いのPierをのんびり散歩するもよし、ケーブルカーやヒストリックストリートカー、バスも近く街中へのアクセスもいい。 ホテル全体やエレベータ・部屋の作り、バス・洗面の作りは古めかしい。美味しいと聞いていた朝食は正直、大したことはないがアメリカの中では良いほうかも。"

"チェックイン時間より早く着いたので荷物を預かってもらおうと思ったら、二時間も早くチェックインさせてくれました。 非常に助かりました。 感謝申し上げます。"

"Overall experience with this hotel was good. The first impression of the room was a bit different from the reservation page and image I had in mind from it… but I guess in a city like San Francisco, you can not expect too much. The lobby and entrance way was luxurious and well decorated. The room (the bathroom especially) seemed dated and some parts were old and crusty. The house keeping did a nice job cleaning well so the stay was pleasant. The front staff was kind and helpful. Visited in March.2025 and there were many homeless people living in the streets around the hotel area, sometimes making it scary to walk. Hope the city takes care of this problem soon…"
