「After doing the online check in earlier in the day I was told that I would get an online code and instructions to get into my room. I didn’t receive a code at check-in time so I called minutes after 4 pm to enquire. I was told that I would receive a code in 5-10 minutes as they were working on my room. I told them I would wait outside in the parking lot. I waited for over an hour and watched other guests getting in their room. I called back twice and got no answer.
