"料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。"

"The apartment is walking distance to the station, with stores that are near the apartment as well as being clean and neat. The only reason I gave it a four star is because you are not allowed to go in until 4 PM, and after a long flight and depending on arrival time, it is a very long wait to be able to rest. "

Note that, in the address, 101 and 201are not side by side doors but numbers for front and back entrances, on 2 streets parallel to each other."

"Clean rooms, A/C in all rooms and living spaces. Host was very responsive and friendly. The walk to nearest 7-11/Familymart is very convenient, same with train station. The location is very advantageous for those who plan a trip to Universal Studious. Highly recommend! "
