"QVMのすぐ近くで、トラムストップからも近いです。レストランやコンビニも近くにたくさんあるので、とても便利だと思います。 お部屋はキッチンと浴槽付きの部屋でしたが、非常に広くて清潔で快適でした。アメニティは最低限のみです。 1週間滞在していて、リネンの交換やタオルの補充はいつも何も言わなくてもなされていました。お掃除については、希望するカードをかけていた日でもなされていなかった日がありましたが、基本的に丁寧にお掃除されていました。"

"I came to Melbourne for my birthday trip. Vammy, the taxi driver, Mr. Sang from the hotel, and Akila from the concierge team prepared a surprise birthday gift in my room to cheer me up after I had an unpleasant experience on the way here (which had nothing to do with the hotel). I was truly touched by their warm hospitality and deeply appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, with large windows offering an amazing view. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to everyone. "
