I talked with JM the receptionist about checking in a little bit early due to the bridal party leaving for the venue before check in could happen. 「Safety Box could not be used because the physical key could not be found in the room. We noticed the front but they told the key must be found around the Safety Box.

「I loved staying here! It was clean and nice. The staff was incredible. They were all so nice and accommodating. My son forgot his charger to his iPad and the bartender/server pulled out a bunch of cords and helped him out and even plugged it in for him at the table. I would definitely stay here again!」
