"The lady that was working most afternoons after 4:00pm (Wednesday in particular) is not customer friendly. Actually, she is rude. All other staff were great and the rest of the experiences were just fine. "

"The hotel had a bad smell and the lights didn’t work right. In the morning someone was smoking and caused a fire so everyone had to evacuate. We were out for 4 hours in our car before we were able to go back in and retrieve our bags. The hotel didn’t refund our money for another hotel and even charged us $50 if damages occurred. Overall my wife and I had a bad experience and thank GOD no one was injured."

"The breakfast was fresh, no complains !! Room did have any tooth brushed and no tooth paste . No heated bathtub it was out of service next to heated pool !! I didn't go in pool !"
