Wifi advertised but have to pay for it. Metro advertised as a 15 minute walk but no directions on how to get to it. Limited linens- no wash cloths, not enough...

"The house is spacious but it’s dated and there were some cleanliness and quality of life issues. The main level floors and kitchen cabinets were sticky and visibly dirty. The upstairs shower stall faucet leaked so much it was unusable. The issues we had with the tv not working and the heat being set to a low temp without access to change it were met with resistance by the host. He was so quick to reply if we needed anything—even upgraded our unit to make sure we had the best experience possible! He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The space was sleek, modern, clean, had many games, features, great amenities, and had everything we needed.
