Guest access

Access to the entire first-floor apartment. 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Home includes shared washer/dryer in basement. Parking down the street in neighbor driveway for up to 1 car. There is also a paid parking lot just minutes away from the home for a second vehicle. Also, it’s important to note that you must use the driveway at night as there is no overnight parking on the street.

Other things to note

The driveway is shared with another homes vehicles. You can use 1 spot. Please contact in case of any driveway issues.

Laundry is located in the basement and shared by others in the building with a small $1.25 fee

*We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

*IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)
