"The food we ordered from room service was barely edible, we almost threw it away, but it would’ve stunk up the room. So we went down to the hotel restaurant, wow what a disappointment. So we left the hotel and went to find some local place to eat. Much better. Did I mention the toilet? 10:00 PM as we were getting ready to go to bed my wife decided to use the toilet. oh yeah, the toilet OVERFLOWED, as you can imagine we were a little panicked. He called down, looking for some urgent help, 20 minutes later, a man showed up with a plunger. He said I’m not the cleanup guy. I’m just a plunger guy. 10 minutes after he left a man with a rag and a spray bottle show showed up. He left. Later a lady came back with what looked like pool towels. Like from the pool downstairs and she mopped up the toilet water with her hands and dripped it on the carpet on the way out. No plastic bag, no mop, no disinfectant, just the bare minimum. Am I in a Third World country? I’m shocked they didn’t comp the room I’m shocked they didn’t switch us to a different room. I’m surprised we didn’t even get a follow visit from the desk manager to make sure everything was all right. Joe Lavoie joe21210@gmail.com"

"This may have been the worse place I ever stayed and it wasn't because is the staff but moreso because it looked like the room wasn't ready. Everything was clean that's but what I'm talking about but there was no remote control for the TV. The TV was disconnected from the cable. There wasn't any trash can. There wasn't any wash clothes with the towels. There wasn't any soap or travel size shampoo and conditioner packets. It literally made me feel like I don't ever want to stay there again and that's mainly because they weren't prepared."

"The room was dirty, sheets ripped , stains on the iron board , shower floor, carpet and inside of fridge. Appliances were rusted and doors had marks. I was unable to stay there due to the conditions. I spent 173 on a room I did not stay. Expedia was not helpful and I will not use Expedia nor books this hotel again."
