"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We can’t recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! "
"Eduardo and all of the staff were super friendly. The room and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You can rent a bicycle to go to the South side of the overpass to the lagoon. "

"I absolutely loved my stay on the resort. Don’t be cheap get the enclave upgraded suites it’s totally worth it. We had a regular king suite jungle view & switch immediately the next day to a king suite that came with 2 bathrooms, a tub & 2 balcony. It also comes with butler service which made everything so convenient. He took care of everything, ask for Rapheal he was the best. The food is also really good, do not believe ppl who say the food is nasty, they’re just not use fresh food without all the junk in it. Also when you get the suite you have access to a private pool & restaurants as well as the enclave suite where you can catch some AC, relax, get a drink & eat and snack in. The property is so beautiful & so many amazing places to take pictures. You can also book excursions right on the resort & it wasn’t expensive. We did ATV, Swam in the cenote & ziplining for $250 a person. They even pick you up & drop you all. And for all my wellness ppl they have fitness classes for free. I caught a 7:30am yoga class on the beach right in front of the ocean. It was nice. It’s so much I can say but you can look up my ig @shytown1988 I’ll be showing videos & breaking down everything I did on this property. And "
"The room was amazing (two bedroom and two bathrooms), the pools were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids club was amazing! I would definitely return! "
"The A la Carte restaurant was great but the ability to go to them was not convenient. And the allowance should be adjusted to the number of days you stay. We went for a week and only had 3 allowance"
"The place was absolutely beautiful. Awesome for big families. The place is very secure and well maintained. Make sure to have a car available. The only downside was the construction that was going on next door. At 8:00am there is loud noises."

"This was an adorable condo. The building was very quiet. There were 2 large pools, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The restaurants in the Tulum Country Club were amazing. We also bought a day pass to one of the all inclusive resorts. It was chaotic and confirmed that the quiet condo was the right choice for us. It waa a great stay and the host was very quick to respond. We cant wait to go back."
"Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too loud, but other than that the property was nice. The host was amazing and helped navigate us to Tulum city center and gave awesome recommendations for food. Overall 9 out of 10."
