"Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Receptionists were great and made my stay feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is safe too for solo travellers, you yous a card to get in the elevator so no intruders can just go in. Is about a 1 minute walk from the old town square too which was very good! My hotel room was huge! It was very clean and immaculate. I can’t wait to return again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now when visiting krakow. "

"Lovely hotel easy to get to from airport & very central to getting round krakow .Room was lovely very clean with everything you needed .Had a lovely meal via room service on first night & very good price .Was very quiet to although was very central .Another plus was the superb shopping centre literally 100 yards away .Would highly recommend thank you "
