Wash hand basin is tiny that's my only real complaint. The parking on site is a little pricy but very convenient. Still worth it. Would recommend」

「館内はマンションの一室のような感じ。ヨーロッパに来たぁという感じがして私は好きでした。お部屋も清潔で、コンパクトにまとまっていて良かったです。窓からの眺めは「魔女の宅急便」のような雰囲気で良かったです。良くない点をあげるとすると、室内にスリッパがなく、日本人の感覚からすると無しだったなぁ。あと、鍵の受け渡しが全くなっていなく、暗証番号は違うし、鍵は別の人のものが入っているし、とにかく不手際があり過ぎでした。それ以外は全て満足です。」

「予約確認メールで、チェックインは近くのホテルでとあったのを失念。現地の扉には、チェックイン、アウト時間の掲示のみ。当該ホテルの名前と地図は、一緒に書いていてほしい。外観は古いままだが、内装はモダンに。冷蔵庫付きキッチンもあって便利。クーラーはなく扇風機だけど、これは仕方ないかな。」

「5月に2泊宿泊。旧市街中心部から近く、近所にコンビニもありとても便利なロケーション。建物の入り口は少しわかりづらいが、素敵な中庭とバルコニーがありゆっくり滞在できた。ただ隣のレストランからの騒音はやや気になった。」

「I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!」

「入口はトラム通りに面しているので場所はすぐ分かりました。スポーツジム併設のため、夜遅い時間までうるさいのが難点です。部屋は清潔だが、冷蔵庫がないのが残念でした。」

「This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...

「Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. 」

"クラコウ駅からとても近く移動が楽でした。徒歩で歴史地区にも移動できるので、とても便利でした。アウシュビッツのツアーのピックアップも駅前指定ができ、終始移動に困らなかったです。買い物は駅のショッピングモールにカルフールもありますが、ホテルの前にもコンビニがありとても便利でした。部屋の鍵はオートロックではないので注意が必要です。また、湯沸かしポットがあるのは色々助かりました。"

"The washer and dryer worked well for me. Very spacious and I could comfortably work in the unit. On the other hand, the service was short of expectation. They did not refill or replace the shower gel or shampoo. I ran out of the gel. They removed the towel and I had to ask twice for a new set of towels."

"外観は昔からの建物を活用しており趣深いが、内観はクラシックで綺麗だった。部屋も綺麗で広く、タオルも綺麗でアメニティーも申し分ない。ホテルのスタッフは一見厳しめに見えるが、きちんと対応してくれ、こちらの拙い英語にも耳を傾けてコミュニケーションをとってくれて親切だった。カジミェシュ地区にも近く非常に便利だった。治安も良いと感じた。"
