「The location is nice. Close to the old town and the ghetto. It is also a walking distance to the conference center (you can take a tram if you do not like walking). The room is clean and well-equipped. One negative point is the breakfast service. It can be delivered only after 8:30, which is useless if you need to work early. It would be nice if the apartment could provide some snacks to pick up for breakfast. 」

「Even that the area around is somewhat in despair and ugly at night with many drug sellers around ...the hotel is very good in amenities and very amazing and helpful staff」

「Regent is located 15 minutes walk from old market square,on the way to the square you can visit Wawel castle. We could choose variety of restaurants. The hotel offers buffet breakfast for free. The staffs are very helpful for arranging trip to the salt mine. We recommend this pretty hotel. 」

「My only complaint (and it is a very small one) is that there were only 2 spare plug sockets and we had to move the beds to get to them Otherwise a lovely second stay」

「Great location, however there is one window without」
