The room was beautiful and so big. We loved the view over the park. Every member of staff we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We loved the outside area where you could sit and chill with a drink from the bar. The hotel is in a perfect location. Would 100% recommend.

A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rooms, staff were attentive. Valerie was great looking after us when we arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight! The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Thanks for a great stay. Just one suggestion, we had a free bottle of wine which was Rose....we don't drink that I asked to change for white and they would not, it would be great if you would allow something like this as not everyone likes rose wine! That's the only thing that I would have improved it for me.
