Our stay here was very short, as we had a very early train to catch (the hotel is across the street from the station). We were impressed. They gave us a room upgrade and the hotel was quite stylish. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the location wouldnt be my first preference when staying in Krakow and i didnt have enough time to check amenities, breakfast, etc.

It was an ideal location. Just minutes walk from the Glowny station and only a short walk to old town. The room was nicely designed and decorated. I had the breakfast included option and it was a bargain. Lots of options and very delicious. Freindly staff upon welcome

Convenient to the train station.

This hotel was chosen for proximity to the train station and I’m glad I chose this over the Old Town, my case would be wrecked if I’d wheeled it that far. It was also right where the pick up spot was for the Auschwitz tour, which started at 0600. The room was extremely adequate for the price. Staff were helpful.

Our room was neat and tidy. Plenty of power points and a wonderful air conditioning system. Beds were a little soft but still very comfortable. Breakfast was ok although the omlette lady could use some customer service training!

We stayed here for 4 nights on our Christmas Market trip. The hotel was very nice and quiet with good size rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel is situated right across from a huge shopping mall and in short walking distance to the main town center square. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed. All employees we interacted with were very friendly and spoke English.
