Hotel is in a good location. The room was quite big and bed comfy. Had issues with noise coming from other rooms late night. Also trouble with my key door card stopping working twice and the staff had to come up with me to the room to open the door with a proper key.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of the areas and attractions we wanted to see in Krakow. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Good sized room, staff also very good. Gave us a small bottle prosseco for wife birthday which was very nice of them. Only slight issue was noise at night from close railway station. However location and restaurant next door was spot on, so overall we would recommend
