Fabulous location, within 5 minute walk from main square. Rooms clean, quiet with everything required. Tea amd coffee provided. Fridge also in the room. Breakfast is optional. We ate for the 3 days of our stay and it was lovely. Would 100% recommend. Reception staff very helpful.
Fantastic property! Close to old town, Jewish quarter and the castle. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable hosts. Room large with a kitchenette (tea, coffee, sugar and washing up utensils provided) I would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow
Property was very clean. Close enough to the city centre for a short walk which is perfect for us. Security on front door to enter and to your rooms is great. Thank you for having us we really enjoyed it
Good location, quiet and close to the old town. Added elevator. Charming room (#10) with what looked like a brand new bathroom.

Very good location. All necessary equipment included working well. Clean and maintained well. Strongly recommended. Would definitely come back! Staff professional!
We had a lovely stay in 6B, had no issues. - visited during winter, the room was nice and warm with extra blankets supplied,
Reception were very helpful, booked the salt mines with transfers through them and taxi to the airport (3am) and both showed up on time with no issues.
Not the fanciest place but get what you pay for and a quick walk to the main square and to tram lines.
We really enjoyed our time in Krakow. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the old town and if you're feeling very lazy, you can always grab a scooter from around the corner to get there.
The room (number 4) was airy, clean, decorated well and had everything we needed. Please don't go off the pictures on the website, as it didn't look anything like it. Infact, it was much nicer.
We didn't have a built in hob, it was a plug in one ring machine, but it was enough for us to make breakfast and take a lunch out to town.
The staff were very helpful, particularly Patrycja who went out of her way to book us a taxi home and should be proud of her English!
Would definitely recommend if you're looking to explore this really fascinating city 😊
Great location. Quiet residential neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Room is clean and the only comment is we didn’t know that no shampoo/body wash was provided. So guests should bring their own.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location, room, amenities, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The price was also very good compared to other places. We would definitely come back here and recommend to others.
The small apartment was perfect. Very confortable bed, big screen tv, fast wi-fi, large bathroom, kitchenette, very quiet and 15 minutes walking from the Old Town Square. Polite staff and helpful.
Absolutely brilliant, I didn't have a pillow when I got there but other than that it was pretty sound.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is in a great location, a short walk from the square and close to absolutely everything, yet still remaining down a quiet street. We went in April so a little out of the busy season. The accommodation is basic but clean, everything you need for a short stay and somewhere to sleep and wash. We were lead to believe that the kitchen area was in the room, like a studio apartment, however we had a shared kitchen on the landing, shared between 4 other rooms. It was good enough to make a cup of tea and some basic food if you wanted to. Again, it was clean and well kept. Good value for money.
To access the room you have to walk through a communal kitchen, which I don’t like or feel particularly safe using. There was one spare blanket between three beds. The duvets were tiny and thin so it was chilly at night. There was a leak in the bathroom above the toilet.we tried to advise the staff but the lady on reception didn’t understand. I have nothing positive to say about the room. No rubbish was removed from the room for the duration of our stay. The building was seriously run down and tatty. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. The only bonus was a coffee shop just around the corner and a short walk into the old town.
