One of the better hotels we have stayed at. The value for your money and location were great. close enough to the square to enjoy and far enough away to be quiet. Hotel is nice a clean and checkin/out process was super fast and staff were friendly. When we booked the picture had laundry but that was only in a select apartments, not all. But that would not make or break our decision to stay here again.

Apartment exceeded our expectations,had everything you need for your stay ,immaculate clean nice and spacious in a great location ,a few minutes walk to the river and around 10 minute walk to the main square.Will definitely book here again if we return to krakow ,also a nice view

Great staff and lovely clean room with kitchenette including fridge and dishwasher. Sponge and 2 dishwasher tablets provided. Room was very modern and the hotel is close by to lots of attractions and transport links. Toiletries provided were also great with a comb and vanity pack too. Only downsides were we could hear noises from the street like car alarms and ambulance sirens as well as the apartment below. We were on the top floor and had two sky lights so did not have the best view.

Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests.

A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer!

Overall this was a fine hotel with an excellent location. 10 minutes to old town square and castle. Our downgrade has to do with it being listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a very good 3-star, no more. The place was clean and staff friendly and responsive. There really weren’t amenities to speak of, based on the star rating. If you want an AirB&B style with basically no amenities this is it. That’s not what we thought we were getting.
