This hotel is Ultra convenient because it is right next to railway station. First room had a bad floor - but they exchanged for one in nicer condition. Clean, comfortable close to everything in the old city center.

The one major thing that was a problem for me was that the bed had a foam style mattress which got VERY hot during the night so I woke up every night sweating, even with the aircon down as far as it would go. There were some minor things other than this but overall the hotel is fine. Staff were always very friendly.

Views not a nice as Hotels within Old Town Krakow as one mile outside however that was our choice and is reflected in price no doubt.

An excellent choice near, but not in historic old town. A tram line is literally outside the door and for the equivalent of $1 old town is just 3 stops away, or a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The restaurant on site is surprisingly good and fairly priced. The staff speaks sufficient English for linguistically challenged American and British travelers. One unexpected bonus was soundproof rooms, meaning you were in an oasis of quiet at night, and slept quite well.

It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay.

Das Zimmer ist okay. Die Lage ist erwas abseits, aber gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Leider kaum Restaurants in der Nähe. Erwas in der Bar zu bestellen fanden wir kompliziert, da in anderen Hotels auf die Zimmerkarte gebucht wird und am Ende gezahlt wird. Hier muss man alles extra zahlen

De kamer was schoon en netjes. De beef ribs waren echt fenomenaal. Dikke aanrader als je er heen wilt. Tevens was het ontbijt goed te doen, voldoende keuze. Voor een kort verblijf is dit zeker aan te raden. Verwacht geen wonderen als je van plan bent een hele dag in het hotel te blijven, maar als je het gebruikt voor de vele excursies die Krakow en omgeving te bieden hebben is de prijs/kwaliteit uitstekend. Nadeel is het sluiten van de bar om 23:00 en het licht wordt uitgezet als je je drankje nog moet opdrinken. Klein aandachtspunt maar verder dik in orde. Aanrader, zeker als je van plan bent veel van de stad/omgeving te gaan bekijken.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Ibis Styles and Krakow. Little negatives: 1. Could have had two pillows per person. 2. Found the lighting in the room not bright enough. 3. Air conditioning was noisy. Otherwise, excellent hotel and great breakfast. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.
