「Although we need to walk a bit from the city center, its still close. The big garden is very close and nice to walk around. The room is wide enough and well equipped.」

「Beautiful hotel and grounds with an outside dining facility. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Fay on reception. Good food. Downside no lifts and no fridge or facility to phone reception from bedrooms, otherwise a perfect stay for our requirements and would book again.」
「Everything was good, especially breakfast. One negative point was funiture for hunging the clothes, which is bit old and not good smell. I suggest to change the old type of funiture to new ones. We want to stay again.」

If it is first class hospitality and modern yet warm luxury you are looking for then this is for you. There is even complementary gin in the room ( shame I was on business) I didn’t make it up to the roof top bar- but hear it’s amazing- but I did sit out on my beautiful balcony over looking the yachts. To finish it off the gym is pretty impressive for a hotel gym !」
「The hotel and the grounds were stunning. Every single member of staff (I talk to everyone) was wonderful; so helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool was delightful. No air con or fan in the room wasn’t great but the windows did open wide so that helped, although we were on the ground floor and by the road so cars going past was a bit noisy. Noise from the rooms upstairs was a lot. But, overall, our stay was really lovely and I’d definitely stay again. 」

朝食は手作りの典型的な English Breakfirst でベーコンの塩加減も適度でとても美味しい。
残念ながら雨の日だったのであたりを散歩することもできませんでしたが、レストラン The Bargeman’s Rest が近くにあってとてもおいしい。」
