「Clean, cozy, well situated location with private parking available- a huge plus in DC. Host was very communicative and accommodations were comfortable.」

「It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. 」

「Only thing would be some more information on parking, the signs were a bit confusing and we weren’t sure if it was safe to park. Otherwise property was amazing! Thank you for the flexibility with check out, it really helped!」

「3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

「Overall great property and host. Had an issue with the A/C host came over at 8:30 pm to check it out and put in a portable unit and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience.」
