As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit.
