We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. "'On business trip lasting two nights relaxed thanks to peaceful room featuring blackout curtains helping ensure restful sleep after late flights arrived.' Prompt check-ins sped process so no delays happened either."

"Positive-the small apartment was clean. The apartment is in a decrepit house that should never be featured as a rental. Stairs up to the apartment are not to code. Garbage cans- overflowing. Not one of the nice Syracuse neighborhoods. I would have left affer a night but was too busy to find a hotel and change. Had to contact host re check in and he responded promptly. It’s fine to give details at 230 but let guest know in advance."
