「The Hotel was very clean. And the staff were very responsive for any request. The continental breakfast was a nice, especially if you have children. Would stay there again.」

Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. I reported the pool bathroom needed immediate cleaning (there was blood in three places on the floor, toilet paper holders were empty, and paper towels too) - more than 12 hours later it was still the same.
