「Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. 「Attended a fraternity conference. The home was a great place for us to stay. The bedrooms were great as well as the kitchen and living room. The backyard was a nice area as well. It is close to a park which we used to get some exercise in I would use again.」

「Was in Scottsdale for my son’s baseball tournament. This place is a great location. The kids fished the lake and caught huge catfish. The house is very clean with modern appliances. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The AC works well. We liked having the carport next to the back patio—was easy to load equipment everyday for games. We grilled steaks one day and did DoorDash another for quick pizza delivery. The oversized sectional sofa was comfy and the TV has thousands of channels…...

The kitchen was stocked with dishes and serving plates and platters- perfect for a party. Also plenty of linen. Would stay here again and Keith was very welcoming and easy to work with. 」
