「When i first walked into my room and kayed on the bed.. the sheets were sticky on both beds. . Almost as if someone already laid on the beds and pillows and instead of changing the sheets...dirty sheets were left on the bed for a new customer to find. I had to take all the sheets off and pillow cases myself...take yhem down stairs and get clean sheets and pillow cases..and put them back on the mattresses myself. 「I stayed here for almost a month and the staff was ALWAYS wonderful! Very friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for short or long-term stays; especially if you have limited funds. Lots of food places, convenience stores & shopping within walking distance. Starbucks, Waffle House, McDonald's, QT, Kohls, Walmart just to name a few. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the motel. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The tv did not work and I went back to the office and they said non of the tvs work in the whole hotel. Add to the dirty parking lot and paint on the door handle and lock its not that great if a place. 」

"家族で宿泊しました。工事中でした。朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。子どもも空いていて遊べてました。子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。"

"スタイリッシュで広々とした素敵なホテルでした。室内は清潔で居心地よく、1階のガーデンに面したお部屋が静かでとても気に入りました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で感じが良かったです。フェニックスを再び訪問する時にはまたこちらのホテルに止まりたいです。"

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"

"お部屋は広く快適です。シャトルサービスはAM6時からPM10時限定でした。到着時のピックアップは電話で連絡する必要があるので、海外からの場合電話番号付きのesimが必要かと思います。ホテルのVanではなく普通のワンボックスカーなので見つけづらいかもしれないです。早朝便だったのでシャトルは利用できませんでしたが、airport sky trainの44th street駅がすぐなのでそちらを利用しました。"
