「Our room was not clean, carpets not vacumned sticky soda on floor, furniture sofa not clean , all wood furiture, dressers and counters were scraped and damaged. Dirt and stains on carpets, bedding was clean but full of snags in the coverlet. Ants in our room. The fitness/ workout out room could not be used because the air conditioning did not work and they added an additional charge for a friday night above what we expected at reservation time. 「This property was unacceptable. We walked into the rental and immediately walked back out. The inside looked clean from the entryway but the smell was overwhelming! Due to the misleading exterior pictures, what appeared to be an unsafe neighborhood, no parking in the driveway as described by the owner and a property that reeked of marijuana, we were forced to book a hotel and pay for both the hotel and this rental because the property owner said we were not eligible for a refund.
