「Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... 」

「We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable.」

The security being there at night was reassuring and the staff were friendly, even provided fan when the room was too hot. However, the communication was poorly in MY opinion with my expirence. Due to my health issues I did communicate for a late check out months prior and I was told to contact them back near the time. I did contact them but nobody answered and even in person I was dismissed when I tried...

「Stayed here for 1 night seeing Bruno Mars. It's ideally situated for Wembley, with a Co op and Sainsbury nearby. Its the first time I ve booked anything like this as I would normally opt for a hotel . I was a little bit worried about the whole stay, however the host was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay again.」
