"Overall, this was the best vacation rental experience we have had thus far. The property is absolutely beautiful and situated in a fantastic location relative to the amenities within Watercolor and neighboring Seaside. The house was equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen and entire home were incredibly well stocked (baby gear for infants, coolers for the beach, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs/umbrellas/childrens beach toys etc). Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Our children especially loved the built in bunk beds! The property overlooks the gulf and is beautiful. Beach access is easy as there is an entrance right next to the unit. Our family loved spending time at the private pool only accessible to those staying within the small condo complex. Finally, the host was fantastic. She was informative, accommodating and her communication excellent. This was truly a luxury beachside vacation. Our family loved our stay and we look forward to returning."

"First time at the Watercolor Inn, celebrating our 21 year anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a piece of cake to celebrate. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. The turndown service was top notch. We will definitely be back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was well-appointed, the beds were comfy, the linens were fresh and seemed new. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed. I liked that there are 3 porches for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The location can't be beat. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the pools/beach, so we didn't need a golf cart. The host was friendly and responsive with all our questions. Our family would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks, Alexa!"

"The Carriage House was so cute. Loved having access to bicycles and the pool s in Watercolor. What a Bonus!! The only minus is it would have been nice to have a microwave and a few extra blankets"

"We truly enjoyed our stay in watercolor! The location of this carriage house was great. The size was perfect for your family of 4 (two small kids). The hosts were great. The only semi negative comment is that we weren’t able to lock the door from the inside. It automatically locks from the outside. Which is fine, but not great with younger kids and stairs. We definitely would return to stay here!"

"The house was beautiful and the floor plan was perfect for us. We (grandparents )stayed in the master and bath downstairs. Our sons and their wives each had a beautiful master and bath on the second floor and 2 separate bunk rooms for their kids. Loved the screened in porch and the golf cart.The negatives: we had a hard time with the codes they gave us for getting in the house and the garage (which had chairs we needed). Wasted time on the phone getting the correct codes!! (And not until the 2nd day!! Also they only had 2 kitchen towels. And needed mor.e. We went thru those very quickly and bought paper towels. Also would have been nice to have a few extra beach towels at the house."
