「If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. 「Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. 」
