「The place is dirty, hotel room had dried urine on the door jam, rust and mold in the shower, a/c and refrigerator didn’t work, blinds were hanging off the window, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed, dead bugs on the chairs, stained bed sheets, and the walls were stained. I checked out about 10 minutes after seeing the room. AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!」

「This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.」
