「This condo is terrific -- even nicer than the photos. There is lots of light and space, everything was comfortable, and the location suited my needs well. The neighborhood is very pleasant with a convenience store a block away and a highly recommended Ethiopian restaurant down the street. I did not really cook, but the kitchen is well equipped. 」

「COMFORTABLE, ACCESSIBLE, EASY, BEAUTIFUL... We had a most enjoyable time gathered around the kitchen & living room, making our stay together filled with joy in celebration of my birthday.」

「Wonderful, sunny space. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. We were blessed with great weather for walking around town and campus. Loved the front deck for sitting in the sun.」

「This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland....
