Thr breakfast, and particular the MUSHROOM OMELETTE , is something that should not be missed when visiting Berkeley. The checkout staff was fantastic as was the cleaning crew. Some of the nicest most personable hotel staff I’ve encountered in my many years of traveling. Good job team!

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room as well was very clean. My only concern was the shower curtain was too short, causing water to be everywhere out of the shower. Thankfully there were enough towels to put one on the floor. If I ever need to come back to Berkeley I will return!

The hotel was spotless, but what set it apart was the staff! At every step of the way they made sure we were welcome and accommodating. All you had to do was Text and they handled everything. If you have a student there, it’s very close to the college and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The food I had there Was excellent

Beautiful hotel but the street noise will break your heart. Beautiful place, luxurious rooms, beyond excellent service but I got no sleep with the disturbingly loud and heartbreaking encampments of displaced and mentally disturbed people who live on the surrounding streets. It's the state of downtown Berkeley. The hotel is safe and clean. It's nothing that is solvable but I suggest insisting on a non-street facing room.
