The line was a bit long, which I get, it was after 3 and check in time, I didn’t mind waiting. Maybe the front desk personal was just having a long day but she did not seem like she wanted to be there. Not saying she had to be overly friendly, but maybe something more than just a few words and going through the motions. Or smile would have been nice. "
