It’s a very nice hotel in Pleasant Hill. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores that you can walk to it had a washer and dryer, which was helpful. The only thing I can say was they show pictures of a small coffee bar and looks like you could have a glass of wine and evidently it’s under new management and it’s under renovation and closed so that was a disappointment, but there is coffee in the room. Which is huge is they have free parking.

Great stay! We stayed on the first floor! We arrived late and the hotel allowed us to check out late the next day. The staff was nice and ready to help. Very personable. This is a great location if you’re visiting San Francisco but don't want to stay in San Francisco. Great price and safe location.

Wow I was very impressed with the accommodations! I can’t say enough about the quality furnishings and nicely thought out decor in the room. I felt like I was staying at a more luxurious hotel then the typical Sonesta properties I’ve been to in past. Lots of dining and shops so location was super convenient!

The staff wasn’t the nicest and even though I asked twice if I could check out at noon and both times confirmed, I had someone knocking at my door and asking me about checking out. I was pretty disappointed by this. But the room was very clean and the property is well maintained overall. As my room was facing the street there was noise I could hear at night so that wasn’t the best but not a huge deal either.

I have visited this hotel several times and every time I notice a strong chemical smell in the lobby area. I’m sure it’s from cleaning but maybe someone can check if there is a less “caustic” formula? Also I was a bit disappointed that there was no regular coffee available for the in room coffee maker-not the end of the world but something I like in the morning. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, has plenty of free parking, is very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
