「The staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. 」
「We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s.
The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge,which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread,cheese and drinks to offset the high prices...

「We liked it. It had plenty of room for our family (6), and there was still room for more. One reason I selected this condo was for the indoor pool; however, we didn’t know where it was on the property until we were ready to leave. I would have appreciated some information ahead of time. 」
「This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! 」
