"Room was spacious for a family of 4. Neat and clean and plentiful of amentities. Staff was very helpful, close to Shin-Osaka to catch Shinkansen or local trains. There is also the public onsen which is a good to relax after long day of sight seeing."

"Found the air conditioner hard to get the temperature right (no other issues at previous hotels). But comfortable beds (we had a twin room). Customer service was great. We came in dripping wet from our walk from train station and staff gave us towels to dry off. We were supplied fresh towels daily. It would be nice to have more than 1 card for the door. Often myself and husband were out at separate times so a 2nd card wouldve made life easier. Hotel is also an easy 3 min walk to metro train station and about a 10-12 min walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was excellent and very nice, the rooms are small, but that is common in Japan, and the bed is very stiff not my preference but maybe people like that. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The location is excellent. You are right next to the train station. Three minutes walking you can connect from here to Kyoto in under an hour. Which is what we did we stayed here to save money on hotel and just took the train over only cost about three US dollars per person and you go one hour to Kyoto and spend the day there as well."
