"From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready upon arrival, which made everything even easier after a long travel day. The staff truly stood out during my stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I have no complaints—only great things to say. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Waikiki."

"Property was incredible with lively views. I got two rooms; the accessible one had a larger bathroom and toilet space but the shower was a bathtub unlike the photo that featured a shower head and walk in shower, the shower in the regular room was also a bathtub and it would creak at any movement (as if it were to break at any moment for some reason). The walls in the room were questionable with some stains and a greasy handprint near the door (which the doors to both rooms seemed ajar and loose- either flimsy handle or the door was askew from the doorframe). Other than that the property was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. (That being said if you have accessibility issues or can’t ascend/ descend escalators/stairs there’s a separate elevator that’ll take you from the first floor to the third floor where you can hop onto whichever tower elevator you need- including this because we weren’t told upon arrival just had to look/ask around for it - hope this helps!!) :)"

Her place is just lovely with the best views we could hope for. Her place was comfortable and everything we wanted in our stay. "This house was perfect for our family’s visit. We came over for a cousin’s celebration of life, and this house was close to our family which made it easy to coordinate and visit with them. It was also fully stocked. It felt like a home and not just a vacation rental. It lives up to its name, House of Serenity."

"Lovely appointed room with travel needs covered. Refrigerator & freezer that work! Friendly host. Parking garage - what a luxury in a rental. Across the street from a beautiful beach & lounge chairs available to enjoy spending time there. We recommend being next to the first life guard station. No crowds. : )"

"Bugs in the kitchen. House smelled moldy and damp, pink mold found on the lampshades and sheets had stains. Fixtures were in poor shape. Stair case was sticky. No check in instructions, had to call the host to figure out how to get in. Sliding glass door leading to the pool is the main entrance to the unit with no way of locking it when you leave since the lock is only on the inside. Perhaps we’re just used to a cleaner, more well-kept unit but the photos made the unit look like it was in better shape than what we saw. We ended up leaving early to stay in a hotel given the mold concerns. Host was very pleasant and lives on the property but quite frankly I didn’t see any immediate way to make the issue better. I was in a hurry to rectify the situation and just left w/o notifying the host to try to make the best of our stay and avoid unnecessary stress. If you don’t plan on being inside much and the condition of the unit doesn’t bother you then this is a great spot. As a family of 4 with one under 3, this wasn’t for us. "

"Excellent luxury hotel. The dolphins are amazing. The building itself needs a little maintenance. The ac unit in our room made some strange noises. The battery in the safe needed replaced and the lighting in the bathroom is much too low. The pool furniture and umbrellas are faded. However, the place is very nice and slightly away from the craziness of Waikiki beach. Very private beach. All three restaurants are much too overpriced for the food. They are higher end but $50 for a breakfast is ridiculous. That alone will probably have us stay at the Moana next time."
