Glamping at its finest! Book your families next beach vacation with us and get ready to make the best family memories. If your family loves camping but you don’t have a RV or don’t want to tent it in the Virginia Beach heat, then we have the answer! All you need to do is reserve the perfect spot for this class A motorhome and we'll do the rest! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** communicate with us prior to booking your campsite, send us your booking request to ensure a smooth booking
The space
******YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR OWN CAMPSITE/SPACE****** Your glamping RV is 37ft. long and has one slide out on the driver side, you will need a space to fit this. There is a private bedroom in the back with a king bed, tv and lots of closet space. You will find two twin bunks, a pull out sofa and an electric pull down queen bed in the front space. The table also folds out into a bed as well if needed. The kitchen will be stocked with all the amenities needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a refrigerator, stove and microwave as well. The outdoor area provides an outdoor kitchen area, as well as an entertainment area with tv and speakers. We will provide a mat and up to eight chairs for your enjoyment of the outdoors.
If you are planning to visit Virginia Beach or the surrounding area, we will set up the RV and have it waiting on you at your campsite (you must rent the campsite on your own.) If you need her for extra space for guests, we can bring her and set her up on your property. Please message us for delivery outside of Virginia Beach, and we can let you know the set-up fee. Many people enjoy camping on the Eastern Shore, and for a fee, we don't mind taking her there as well.

**Please remember to book your reservation before booking the trailer**

Here are some campgrounds where we will set up (price included). This is not an extensive list, so if you have another in mind, just ask. Also, we charge a flat fee of $100.00 for delivery to Cape Charles and the surrounding areas (this covers the toll going both ways, and some gas.).

-KOA campground on General Booth- 5 mins from the oceanfront, pools and bike rentals on site--check out the website for more information. This is also close to The Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze and Motor World, and the Vibe area in Virginia Beach.

-Holiday Trav-L-Park- 5 mins from the oceanfront, pools, game rooms, playgrounds, min. golf--check the website for all the amenities. Also close to lots of family fun, the boardwalk, and great food and drinks!

-Surfside at Sandbridge- Campground next to the ocean with beautiful bay sunsets. Enjoy family dun on the playground, tennis and basketball courts and the fitness center. There is easy beach access, as well as pools and hot tubs. Rental equipment (bikes, etc.) provided by campground.

-North Bay Shore Campground-Located near Sandbridge Beach, this campground offers a quiet setting away from busy highways with access to Back Bay and is surrounded by the protected Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. You might be so lucky to get a spot right on the water!

-North Landing Beach Campground- Located near Virginia Beach, the resort style camping has year-round activities, a private beach, a pool, mini golf, and plenty of family friendly activities.

**All campground reservations and payments are the guests responsibility. **

Guest access
You are able to access the entire trailer, but please remember you are responsible for the campground reservations.

Linens, pillows, bedding and sheets are not provided. Dishes, pots and pans, and other kitchen supplies are provided. Please bring your own towels for showering as well as Beach towels for the beach!
Other things to note
When booking:
Select for Site Type: Water/Electric/Sewer or Water/Electric if Sewer is not available.
Type will be motorhome with one slide out on driver side.



Some Trailer Rules:
-No smoking inside the trailer.
-Please leave camper the way you found it at checkin.
-Take out all trash before leaving.
-make sure that dishes and pots and pans are clean (dish soap provided.)
-Please note, you will need to bring your own linens, towels for bathing and beach, as well as pillows. These items will not be provided.
-Inventory is done before each check in and if anything is broken or missing, we will use the security deposit to replace.
-Please do not use our pots and pans over a campfire, only on the gas stove.
-You will get a check in document before you arrive--please read through it entirely for all of the details.
